The Giraffe signifies the power of deep inner practice, moving through the world with composure and grace, yet vigilant and powerful with the ability to defend itself and its loved ones at a moment’s notice.
In this painting, the Giraffe spirit is endowed with a “twice in one” dual head in a single body, which represents the presence of a very powerful Kotomblé spirit in this animal’s being, just as in Dagara Diviners, which carry the spirit of their human soul, as well as their Kotomblé unseen spirit guide.
